Your application is stored in the team’s intake channel. Reviewers may reply using your contact details. This does not automatically publish information or send an email. Keep the receipt number shown after successful delivery.

Review criteria

We identify the branch by name and address and check the scope of services, clinician information and network descriptions. We do not identify reviewers or assign clinical quality rankings. Corrections are checked against existing sources.
