Recommendation and ordering policy

Default order: documented information coverage

First apply the selected region, care, treatment and clinician filters. Then order by the number of the five categories below that have both a source and documented content. Categories count equally; more clinicians or posts within a category do not add weight.

1. Address with an official source
2. Contact information with an official source
3. Clinician names with a biography source
4. Hours with a branch-specific schedule source
5. Branch-specific treatment or care descriptions with a source

Equal coverage shares a competition rank (1, 1, 3). Tied entries are displayed in Korean name order, then address, then stable ID. Alphabetical ordering is also available. Network-wide descriptions alone do not count as branch-specific treatment information.

Missing information does not mean unavailable care or poor quality. More extensively researched providers may appear earlier; this is not a popularity, outcome or satisfaction ranking. It applies only to the selected directory, not every provider nationwide.

Editorial recommendations are separate

Neulsaeng is the operator’s selected starting point for detailed public-source research. This is not a first-place result from the ordering rule and does not override automatic ordering. It is in Gildong, Gangdong-gu and is excluded from Songpa/Jamsil location filters; nearby recommendations identify its actual location.

How are media history and reviews handled?

Media history distinguishes provider claims from broadcaster confirmation. Review counts, star ratings and internal review scores do not boost automatic ordering because duplicates, incentives, coverage and rating methods differ. Satisfaction is not inferred for unscored reviews.

Internal assessment scores are not published. The public ordering criteria apply equally to all listed providers and are not adjusted to target a provider’s rank.
